Submissions came from Jens Noraberg, another relative of the Lorentz Thomsen family:
This photo was taken October 1964 at the home of Christiane. On the back she wrote: From left: Marie, Astrid, Judy, Mark, Diane, Dale, me, Helga, Bertha, Ingeborg, Johanne, Ruth, Pamela (Judy's baby, Carl (his back to the camera). Children of all three Thomsen brothers were gathered and a third new US generation was represented also.
Also submitted by Jens Noraberg: “Uncle George picture, written on the back by RUTH (my mother’s cousin) -- Grace, Ruth, Judy, Dale, Gunnar, Carl, Christiane, Marie (min cousin, supposed oldest daughter of Uncle George), Uncle George (I understand this is Tolleif George Thomsen), Astrid (min cousin, supposed youngest daughter of Uncle George) Tat dagen før vi reiste til Sverige: Taken the day before we left for Sweden. I suppose Ruth has written this just before they went to Sweden and Norway in 1949. I see that George died in 1950, so this is perhaps one of the last pictures of him. I understand from Carl that he appreciated him very much.”
August 1926 Lorentz and Anna Thomsen with their daughters, Helga and Ruth. This was taken two weeks before Lorentz died.
